FENSTER started out in 2010 when JJ Weihl, a New Yorker and Jonathan Jarzyna, a Berliner started making music together in a basement in Berlin. They were later joined by Lucas Chantre (FR) and Will Samson (UK).

They have released three full length records on the Berlin based label Morr music: Bones (2012), The Pink Caves (2014) and Emocean (2015), which is the soundtrack to a movie they produced and directed. They like to tour. A lot. They’ve toured in the USA 3 different times and have played loads of shows all around Europe in lots of different cities in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, The Netherlands, England, Luxembourg, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark.
